Creative Director

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our

  brand identity

  and creative direction
• Design high-performing

  ad creatives

  (static, video, motion) for Meta, TikTok, Google
• Build and optimize

  landing pages, banners, and email graphics

• Translate performance insights into

  creative iteration

• Direct photo and video shoots, UGC content, and product storytelling
• Develop scalable

  design systems

  , templates, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with performance, content, and product teams
• Hire and mentor freelance designers as needed

Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years in brand/creative roles (agency or fast-moving DTC/ecom preferred)
• Proficient in

  Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

  , and basic

  video/motion tools

  (After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut)
• Killer portfolio that shows both

  brand-building

  and

  performance-driven

  work
• Experience designing for

  paid social

  ,

  email flows

  ,

  landing pages

  , and

  product launches

• Solid understanding of

  conversion rate optimization

  , A/B testing, and creative data loops
• Bonus: Experience working with UGC, influencers, or DTC brands
• Optional but valuable: photo direction, copy chops, video editing instincts

🔥 What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Deliver 10+ high-performing ad creatives/month
• Redesign and optimize 1–2 landing pages
• Launch a brand style guide and design system
• Test at least 3 creative angles per product
• Increase CTR and ROAS across top paid channels
• Build creative strategy for Q4 campaigns
