The Role: Hands-On Creative Leadership

What You'll Do

Create Award-Worthy Work

• Develop big ideas that solve real business problems for clients
• Write compelling copy for everything from 6-word headlines to 60-second scripts[24][25]
• Conceptualize integrated campaigns across digital, print, TV, radio, and social platforms
• Partner with art directors to bring visual-verbal ideas to life[25]

Lead & Mentor

• Guide junior copywriters and creative team members through ideation and execution[26]
• Present creative concepts to clients with confidence and conviction[25]
• Conduct brainstorming sessions that spark breakthrough thinking[23]
• Review and elevate work from the creative team while maintaining brand voice[22]

Drive Growth

• Help establish Plan B's creative reputation in the industry
• Build relationships with clients through outstanding creative solutions
• Contribute to new business pitches with show-stopping creative work
• Shape the agency's creative culture and standards[27]

What We're Looking For

Creative Excellence

• 5+ years

  of copywriting experience in advertising agencies

• Portfolio

  showcasing breakthrough creative work across multiple platforms

• Writing mastery
