Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Director. The Art Director will be responsible for theday-to-day tasks associated with creative direction, branding, art direction, graphics, andgraphic design.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and develop creative strategies for mainly digitaladvertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.Lead the design team in the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to printads, digital banners, social media graphics, website layouts, and video content.Provide creative direction and guidance to team members, ensuring that designs meetquality standards and project requirements.Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, and other creativeprofessionals to bring concepts to life and maintain consistency across allcommunication channels.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in designand advertising, and integrate innovative ideas into projects.Participate in client meetings to understand their goals, provide creativerecommendations, and present design concepts effectively.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines whilemaintaining high-quality standards.Work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction andaddress feedback and revisions promptly.Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, provide constructivefeedback, and support their professional development.Uphold brand guidelines and ensure that all creative work reflects the brand's identity,values, and messaging.
