Job Description

As the

CD- Art

, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of all design deliverables within the organization. Your role involves implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for design projects, providing constructive feedback to designers, and ensuring that the designs align with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the design output, ensuring its consistency and effectiveness across digital and print platforms.


Note: Experience in Creative Agencies preferred.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design quality: Ensure that all design projects including logos, branding, digital ads, social media graphics, website UI/UX designs, and print materials meet the highest quality standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients: Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives. Provide guidance on design strategies to ensure their brand vision is effectively captured.
  • Quality assurance: Review and approve design outputs to ensure they meet the required quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Guide the team in refining design concepts and solving creative challenges.
  • Strategic oversight: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop design strategies that align with client business objectives and enhance their brand presence.
  • Process improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and high-quality outputs.
  • Client communication: Manage client expectations regarding design timelines, revisions, and approvals, ensuring satisfaction with the final design deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in design, with at least 4 years in a leadership role overseeing design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, including branding, digital, print, and UI/UX design.
  • Expertise in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision) and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to ensure consistency and accuracy across all design work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to balance creativity with client requirements and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
