The Building Contractor (TBC), under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, is a leading young construction and design-build company based in Kochi. We combine architectural creativity and engineering expertise to build modern homes across Kerala. We are looking for a creative digital marketer to help strengthen our visual and digital presence.

Job Summary

The Creative & Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for social media management, poster design, video editing, and coordination of photo/video shoots for our projects and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create posters, brochures, and graphics for ads and campaigns
• Edit videos and reels for social media and YouTube
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google ads
• Plan and assist in photo/video shoots at project sites
• Collaborate with directors and the marketing team for content ideas

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools)
• Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, CapCut, InVideo, Canva AI)
• Basic photography/videography skills preferred
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Diploma / Degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Visual Communication or related field
• 0–2 years experience (freshers with sample works can apply)

Salary & Benefits

• Performance Bonus: Eligible for 0.5 % of the project cost for every confirmed project generated or supported by the marketing team
• On-site exposure to real construction projects and media production

Work Location

• TBC Office, Thiruvankulam, Ernakulam, Kerala
• Strictly on-site (No remote work option)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
