Creative & Digital Marketing Executive

As a Creative & Digital Marketing Executive at The Building Contractor (TBC) under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual and digital presence of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating eye-catching posters, brochures, and graphics for advertisements and campaigns. - Editing engaging videos and reels for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube. - Managing various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google ads. - Planning and participating in photo/video shoots at project sites. - Collaborating with directors and the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software. - Experience in video editing using software like Premiere Pro, CapCut, InVideo, or Canva AI. - Basic photography and videography skills are preferred. - A creative mindset with a keen attention to detail. - A Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience; however, freshers with sample works are encouraged to apply. In addition to a competitive salary, you will be eligible for a performance bonus of 0.5% of the project cost for every confirmed project generated or supported by the marketing team. You will also have the opportunity for on-site exposure to real construction projects and media production. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located at TBC Office in Thiruvankulam, Ernakulam, Kerala. This role requires you to work strictly on-site, with no remote work option available.
