A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

Aspire Lifestyles is an integrated Concierge, personal assistance and customer relationship engagement company. We develop & design white label loyalty programs for leading brands as their marketing preposition which enables new customer acquisition, retention and loyalty of their customers. We are seeking a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Digital Designer to craft compelling visual experiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategic thinking, transforming concepts into innovative designs that elevate brand presence and user engagement.

B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)

Develop high-quality visuals for web, mobile, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

Conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines and creative briefs.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

Create wireframes, mockups, motion graphics, and interactive prototypes as needed.

Design UI elements, layouts, and digital assets optimized for responsiveness and accessibility.

Stay current with design trends, digital technologies, and emerging creative tools.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative concepts.

Other Duties

To work within and adhere to all Intl.SOSs policies and procedures.

To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the line manager and other senior management members.

C. Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Experience designing for social media, web, email, and digital advertising.

Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.

Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling solutions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)

7+ years of proven experience in Creative Digital Designing Product & Services industry handling MNC clientele.

Experience with motion design, 3D animation, or video editing.

Familiarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.

Knowledge of branding and digital campaign strategy.

Minimum graduate (any stream).

Excellent oral and written English communication and good knowledge of local language (usually Hindi).
