Position Overview

UI/UX Graphics Designer with strong multimedia design skills

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine UX flows.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and consistent UI patterns.

Multimedia Design

• Edit and produce videos for product demos, social media, and marketing content.
• Create 2D animations, motion graphics, micro-interactions, and UI animations.
• Work on 3D design or animation projects.
• Prepare engaging visual content for product launches, explainer videos, and promotional materials.

Graphic Design

• Create visual assets such as illustrations, icons, banners, posters, presentations, and brand materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and print creatives.
• Design marketing collaterals for social media, web, and campaigns.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Development, and Product.
• Translate business and user needs into creative, high-quality visual solutions.
  

Quality & Innovation

• Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices, and animation techniques.
• Experiment with AI-driven and emerging design tools to enhance productivity and creative quality.
• Contribute new ideas and techniques to improve design workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core UI/UX Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and design systems.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-friendly layouts.
  

Graphic Design Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
• Ability to create brand-aligned visual assets and layouts.
  

Multimedia Skills

• Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• 2D animation and motion graphics skills using After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Lottie animations for UI is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools like Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya.
  

Additional Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Ability and willingness to experiment with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, etc.).
• Creativity and strong visual storytelling ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  

Preferred Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX, graphic design, or multimedia design.
• Experience in creating UI animations or product demonstration videos.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, graphics, and multimedia work.
