Creative Designer

Role Overview: As a Design Developer, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and develop themes, concepts, and mood boards for woven fabrics by analyzing trends. You will create original prints, patterns, and textures using various techniques, experiment with color palettes, materials, and finishes to achieve desired aesthetic effects. Key Responsibilities: - Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and textile trends by researching design platforms, industry publications, and analyzing market data. - Identify emerging trends and translate them into innovative and marketable designs. - Possess an understanding of textile production processes, including weaving, printing, and dyeing. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be produced efficiently. - Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. - Present design concepts and prototypes effectively, and address client feedback and revisions. - Create physical samples to showcase designs and communicate ideas effectively. - Oversee the production of samples, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. - Complete final collections seasonally and present them to the marketing team. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in design development, preferably in woven fabrics. - Strong knowledge of textile production processes such as weaving, printing, and dyeing. - Excellent understanding of color theory, materials, and finishes. - Ability to analyze trends and translate them into marketable designs. - Strong communication and presentation skills to work effectively with clients and technical teams. - Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot design and production issues. - Portfolio showcasing original prints, patterns, and textures will be an advantage.,
