Your responsibilities will include tasks such as embroidery, fashion design, fitting, textiles, and overall fashion creations. Working closely with the design team, you will bring creative visions to life by analyzing, planning, and creating new designs based on current market and fashion trends of Western & Indo-western and Traditional wear collections. With a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Fashion Design, you will demonstrate expertise in both Western and Traditional Wear Fashion, sustainable textile printing techniques, and knowledge of production processes and supply chain management in the fashion industry. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field from reputable institutes is required. Your role will involve researching and analyzing current fashion trends, color palettes, and fabrics to develop innovative designs that align with market demands. You will collaborate with textile and printing teams to ensure seamless execution of designs, create sketches and prototypes, and work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to maintain quality standards. Additionally, staying updated on emerging textile technologies and sustainable fashion trends will be essential. In your capacity as a Fashion Designer, you will plan and create new designs in alignment with the brand's philosophy and market trends. You will set guidelines for design ranges, coordinate with various departments for sample making and production, and provide creative direction for different seasons. Your role will also involve driving innovation by ensuring seasonal freshness of collections and encouraging unconventional thinking for new products and processes. Furthermore, you will conduct market research to analyze current fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities for fashion forecasting. By creating themes for different seasons and monitoring design activities, you will contribute to the brand's success as an innovative fashion leader.
