What You’ll Do

• Create engaging and aesthetic graphics for Instagram, ads, website banners, videos, reels, and campaigns
• Design creatives for product photoshoots, launches, marketing campaigns, and influencer collaborations
• Assist with branding elements: typography, color palettes, layouts, and visual storytelling
• Edit reels/short videos, GIFs & motion graphics (bonus, not mandatory)
• Work closely with the founder & marketing team to bring fresh, Gen-Z friendly concepts to life
• Study competitors, trends, and global beauty brands for creative inspiration

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma
• Basic understanding of layout, color theory, and branding
• Creative thinking & a keen design eye
• Video editing skills (added advantage)
