Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative and passionate Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design, aesthetics, and storytelling. Someone who loves haircare, understands visual trends in beauty, and can turn brand vision into stunning visuals that make people stop scrolling.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and Marketing team to design scroll-stopping content, digital creatives, and packaging visuals that capture GIISHA’s premium yet soulful essence.

Responsibilities

• Create stunning social media creatives, stories, and ads that align with our brand tone.
• Design Reel covers, campaign visuals, and product launch graphics.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize brand campaigns, packaging layouts, and emailers.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints — digital, print, and web.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty, fashion, and design trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Assist in content planning and creative direction for shoots and product storytelling.

• Are obsessed with beauty and haircare (bonus if you love talking about ingredients, textures, and rituals).
• Have a killer sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout.
• Are passionate about creating content that feels premium yet relatable.
• Know how to work with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects (optional).
• Have a portfolio or college projects that make us go “wow.”
• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and love experimenting with new ideas.
• Understand social media trends and can visualize what performs well on Instagram.
