Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at Perfomax Media, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the performance marketing team to create engaging ad visuals, campaign assets, and brand designs that drive real results. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and designing high-performing visuals for digital ads and campaigns. - Developing illustrations, static creatives, and motion assets that align with brand identity. - Utilizing AI-driven design tools to enhance creative output and streamline workflows. - Collaborating with marketing strategists to develop visual concepts for Meta and Google Ads. - Staying updated with creative trends, AI design tools, and ad formats. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in creative design. - Strong skills in illustrations, concept creation, and digital ad design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Leonardo, or Firefly. - Solid portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility. - Ability to work on-site from our Thrissur office.
