To achieve this, Aurionpro are looking for exceptional individuals, who will thrive in an agile business where immense freedom is given but superb results expected. The specific role on offer is a Creative Graphic Designer to build our global inside sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and scaling an inside sales team, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a diverse team across multiple regions, particularly in advanced and growth markets.

  • The successful candidate will be working closely with the regional heads, sales, marketing and product marketers of Aurionpro to drive the creative brand marketing agenda . The products serve a worldwide marketplace with especial focus on South East Asia, India and Middle East and Europe, so the successfu l candidate will need to be comfortable fashioning marketing material that is superb quality, persuasive and stunningly clear to highly critical, time-poor senior bank executives from those locations.
  • Note : The client base is an intimate, B2B (in fact B2B2B) marketplace. This is not a mass market marketing role. We aim to provide services to the top 300 banks in the world, aiming to ensure the key 5-10 or so individuals in each one understands and acts based on the unique value we bring. This means we are targeting a community of only a few thousand, senior people, many of whom we know. Candidates will need to be able to show they can work in this marketing environment.
  • Good English is essential to the role as is passion and energy.
Responsibilities :
This role is responsible for impressing our client base with our design skills and supporting the organization to give superb and on-brand graphics as part of persuasive digital materials. Animation and video would be useful additional skills but bringing graphics and layout rapidly and under pressure to support our brand image is crucial. We expect to have clear blue water between us and our competitors on look and feel.
Your role includes the entire process of defining visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, social media channels, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more using content provided (we have an abundance of excellent content), with an insatiable appetite for putting us first and foremost in our time-poor, senior executive clients eyeballs.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we d like to meet you.
The role includes the following additional responsibilities
  • Study design briefs conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
  • Work with copywriters and marketing managers to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
Key Skills
  • Proven graphic designing with 5-6 years of experience
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Experience in designing responsive webpages, UX and creatives for digital and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Expectations if Interviewed
This is a crucial role and will have a major impact on the organization. We are therefore expecting candidates to have done their homework for the interview we are looking for people who come with knowledge, especially opinions about what works in an intimate B2B2B market.
Candidates must support their applications with examples of superb work output created personally by them or teams they managed. In particular, as marketing people, we would expect their infographic CVs to be top class marketing assets and will be judged on their infographic look and feel as well as content. Apart from this design flair, applicants will be judged by how well they can demonstrate passion energy , influence impact, marketing instincts, transaction banking savvy, network networking and a revenue focus.
