As a Creative Designer and Video Editor at Monolith IMC, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs and videos for our clients and internal projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in designing creatives and videos for ad campaigns, social media, and branding materials. - Working closely with the senior design team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. - Supporting in creating illustrations, layouts, and visual elements that align with client expectations. - Ensuring consistency in design across all marketing channels. - Staying updated with design trends and applying them effectively in projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any degree or diploma. However, exceptional skills will be prioritized over formal education. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience, English fluency preferred, and proficiency in the following software: - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Davinci Resolve Preference will be given to those who have print design experience or mainline experience.
