As a Creative Designer and Video Editor at Monolith IMC, you will be a part of a leading digital marketing agency in South India, working with billion-dollar brands. Your role will involve creating visually appealing designs and videos for both clients and internal projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in designing creatives and videos for ad campaigns, social media, and branding materials. - Collaborate with the senior design team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. - Create illustrations, layouts, and visual elements that meet client expectations. - Maintain design consistency across all marketing channels. - Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them effectively into projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Any degree or diploma. Exceptional skills will be prioritized over formal education. - Minimum 1 year of experience. - English fluency is preferred.
