The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative content across various digital platforms, playing a vital role in growing social media presence, engaging the audience, and increasing brand awareness. You will develop and curate organic and campaign content for social media platforms, focusing on Instagram and YouTube. Conducting thorough research to gather relevant material for interactive and engaging content creation is essential. Utilizing social media analytics tools to track content performance, optimizing social media channels based on insights, and staying updated with digital and social media industry trends are key responsibilities. Designing content concepts to drive growth on Instagram and YouTube using research and analytics, coordinating with art, graphics, video, and production teams to co-create desired content, conceptualizing Digital Marketing campaigns with the team, and ensuring content aligns with marketing goals are crucial tasks. Writing concepts, scripts, and creating storyboards in collaboration with the visual team to ensure engaging and on-brand content, maintaining a regular posting schedule on social media channels, and delivering timely communication to ensure brand consistency across all platforms are part of the role. The candidate should have proven experience in crafting short-form and long-form content suitable for Instagram and YouTube, expertise in social media content creation, a basic understanding of storytelling techniques, the ability to identify target audience preferences, and proficiency in social media marketing and trends. Proficiency in using analytics tools, basic data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets to gather insights and inform content strategies is required.
