Job Title:

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Regularly visit factory and locations to shoot professional videos & photos
Edit and create
videos, reels, product promotions, and marketing campaigns
Design
catalogs, brochures, posters, banners, and social media creatives
Manage
social media pages
(posting, responding, updating)
Handle in-factory branding –
signboards, printing, vendor coordination
Develop creative content in collaboration with
Marketing & HR teams
Bring fresh ideas and campaigns for
digital & offline branding
Coordinate with departments for
events, employee engagement & activities

Skills Required

Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
Knowledge of
photography & videography equipment
Strong eye for
design, aesthetics, and content trends
Good communication (English, Hindi & Telugu preferred)
Creative thinker, self-starter & independent worker
Comfortable with
travel for shoots / factory visits

Preferred Background

Experience in
advertising / media / branding / design agencies
Bachelor’s degree in
Mass Communication, Media, Graphic Design, or related field
Local candidate from
Visakhapatnam or nearby areas
Owning a
camera/laptop
is a plus
