Established in 2010, THiNC Institute of Design is India’s leading institute for coaching Architecture and Design entrance exams such as NID, IIT-UCEED, NIFT, NATA, and JEE Paper 2 (B.Arch). These exams grant admissions to BDes, MDes, and BArch courses at prestigious institutions like IITs, NIDs, NIFTs, NITs, SPAs, and CEPT University. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Associate located in Trivandrum. The Creative Associate will be responsible for developing creative graphics, branding materials, and visual content. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design team, brainstorming unique creative ideas, and contributing to branding projects that align with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Creativity Skills
Collaborate with content strategies, video presenters, and social media content, vidoes, and digital story telling initiatives.
Work closely with editors, designers and animators to ensure delivery of high-quality final content that aligns with THiNC's educational mission.
Experience in developing and executing Branding concepts
Research and analyze creative trends in education marketing, Gen-Z content preferences, and design industry communications.
A proactive and innovative approach to graphic development
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role for 1-2 years
Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma or equivalent software
