Creative Associate (Branding, Graphics, Video)

Paxmeet is building a real-world social platform around events, communities, and shared experiences. We are India's Coolest Social App. Paxmeet is positioning itself as an offline-first social platform. The core product is not content consumption; it is real-world participation. Digital features exist only to push people into physical experiences.

Role Overview

The Creative Associate owns visual execution across brand, product, and growth. This role converts abstract ideas into concrete visual output in graphics, motion, short-form video, and brand assets. Taste matters. Speed matters more.

You are not decorating content. You are shaping how the brand is perceived in-feed, on-store, and in-motion.

Core Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creatives for social media, events, and campaigns
• Produce short-form videos (reels, shorts, motion snippets) aligned with brand tone
• Maintain brand consistency across colors, typography, layouts, and motion
• Translate briefs into visuals without repeated clarification
• Rapid iteration based on performance, not opinion
• Collaborate with social, product, and growth teams for launches and drops

Skill Requirements

• Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography)
• Video editing skills (short-form, fast cuts, trend-aware pacing)
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, After Effects, Motion Graphics, or equivalents
• Visual judgment aligned with modern internet and Gen-Z aesthetics
• Ability to execute independently under loose direction

• Execution-first, not concept-heavy
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast feedback loops
• Output-driven: work goes live, gets tested, gets judged
• Zero dependency on constant approvals
