CRE / Pre Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Presales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into successful bookings. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, chats, and online inquiries from potential customers. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to schedule site visits. Understand client needs and provide accurate project details to drive engagement. Maintain a database of leads and update interactions using CRM tools. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client handovers. Support marketing campaigns and events with lead nurturing activities. Provide pre-sales support including sharing brochures, floor plans, and pricing. Build rapport and trust with clients through prompt and professional communication. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Real estate or Marketing background preferred). 1–4 years of experience in presales, telecalling, or customer support, preferably in real estate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language. Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
