1. Receiving phone calls inquires answering as per SOP
2. scheduling appointments for the client's basis availability. 3.Should be worked on Clients Complains.4. Interact with clients answer calls.5. Preparing daily reports - Closing Report and Stock Report6. To update all the information on CRM software7. Good Computer knowledge.8. Calling clients to inform them about a special scheme. 9. Calling Leads received through various platforms and entering in CRM software.
