Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRE and Sales Manager located in Faridabad. The CRE and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, engaging with clients to understand their financial needs, and promoting relevant financial products and services. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Marketing skills including developing sales strategies and conducting market research
• Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Financial Products and Services
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
