">Achieve sales target as per ABP and debtors management.>Handling the existing Retail channel, Business development of RPD Range &appointing new retail channels.>To monitor inventory management within the channel.>Inventory forecasting for summer sale.>Sales Product training for the channel sales staff, promoters, ISDs, etc.> Regular visit to Retail outlets to ensure a high level of engagement and alignment with the organization's objective.>Monitor Competition, provide information to the reporting manager and discuss to arrive at suitable action.>Conduct or arrange channel engagement activities to push the secondary phase."
