CPR Consultant/ Senior Consultant

Role Overview: As a transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for leveraging your deep expertise in the Retail and Consumer Products (CPG) domain to drive growth for the company. You will collaborate closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address their challenges and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve working in your area of expertise, supporting capability sales and delivery, and driving thought leadership in the industry. Additionally, you will connect various capability areas, prioritize offering development, and drive key deals to support clients in their digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in the Retail and CPG sectors to identify opportunities for account growth and shape proposal responses - Drive revenue growth by supporting capability sales and delivery at target accounts - Develop industry knowledge and thought leadership in the Retail and CPG domain - Collaborate with internal teams to create a unified vision for Capgemini and prioritize offering development - Act as a bridge between client requirements and internal teams to shape solutions and proposals effectively - Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to clients and internal teams - Support various teams in shaping proposal responses and driving key deals in business development and delivery Qualifications Required: - Experience and specialized knowledge in the Consumer Products (FMCG/CPG) and Retail industry in India and globally - Demonstrable experience in technology, business, and people processes - Deep domain expertise with a focus on Consulting-led Solution Sales, design, and implementation - Strong track record of delivering measurable impact and benefits to clients through solutions - Proficiency in areas such as Business Transformation, Solution Design, AI/ML, Supply Chain Management, Distribution & Channel Management, and others - Basic understanding of SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle, BY Luminate, O9, and Relex in the CPG or retail sectors Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a strong heritage of over 55 years.
