Job Description

Role Overview: As a transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be part of a team that believes in driving change through innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge strategies tailored to address their challenges. Your role will involve leveraging your deep expertise in the Retail and Consumer Products industry to drive growth for Capgemini Invent. Additionally, you will play a key role in industry knowledge development, thought leadership delivery, and ecosystem development both externally and internally. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by working in your area of expertise, supporting capability sales and delivery at target accounts, and acting as a subject matter specialist and solution designer. - Lead industry knowledge development, thought leadership delivery, and eco-system development through alliances, joint solutioning, and account activation. - Connect various capability areas, create a unified vision for Capgemini, prioritize offering/POV development, and drive key deals in both business development and delivery. - Act as a bridge between client requirements and internal teams to develop holistic solutions and proposals. - Collaborate with various teams to shape proposal responses, provide strategic direction and thought leadership to customers and internal teams, and drive clients on their digital transformation journey. Qualifications Required: - Experience and specialized knowledge in the Consumer Products (FMCG/CPG) and Retail industry. - Demonstrable work experience in technology, business, and people processes with a preference for Consulting-led Solution Sales, design, and implementation. - Measurable impact or benefits accrued by clients based on solutions delivered in areas like Business Transformation, Solution Design, AI/ML & GenAI, Supply Chain Management, Distribution & Channel Management, among others. - Basic understanding of SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle, BY Luminate, O9, Relex implemented for CPG or retail clients.
