Role Overview: You will be responsible for reviewing open complaints to ensure timely closure as per SLAs, achieving revenue generation targets, maintaining customer i-base hygiene, updating end user data in the system, driving customer engagement and high CSI, building strong relationships with customers, and providing competitors and market feedback to HQ. Additionally, you will need to ensure preventive maintenance adherence, timely submission and processing of invoices of channel partners, return of defective spares, warranty and other claims settlement, and implementing systems and processes at all channel partners.
