Courseware Developer

As a Courseware Developer at our company based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing engaging E-Learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing high-quality E-Learning content using various tools and technologies. - Collaborating with subject matter experts to create interactive courseware. - Integrating multimedia elements like audio and video to enhance the learning experience. - Ensuring seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliant platforms. - Developing and implementing video overlays and visual effects to further enrich the learning experience. - Working closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of E-Learning content. - Conducting quality assurance and testing to maintain the highest standards of E-Learning content. Qualifications Required: - 7-15 years of experience in E-Learning, ILT/vILT, Courseware development, and Media Integration. - Strong understanding of SCORM compliant platforms and LMS integration. - Proficiency in E-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
