Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Course Instructor to join our team full-time in Patna, Bihar. This is an on-site role where the instructor will teach students preparing for Bihar Board exams, develop engaging lesson plans, and provide academic support tailored to the needs of individual students. The instructor will collaborate with other educators, contribute to the creation of educational content, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on modern teaching methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in core academic areas relevant to Bihar Board curriculum (Mathematics, Science, Social Science, etc.)
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students in grades 7–12
• Effective communication and public speaking skills to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
• Experience with digital teaching tools, including modern classroom technologies and online platforms, is highly desirable
• Ability to mentor and inspire students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Proficiency in Hindi and English, both written and verbal
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or equivalent field (higher qualifications preferred)
• Experience in teaching or educational instruction, particularly for Bihar Board or similar curricula, is an advantage
