Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Course Advisor. As a Course Advisor, you will be responsible for advising prospective students on course offerings and career options in the field of Cyber Security. You will guide students through the enrollment process, answer their inquiries, and provide detailed information about the curriculum and program benefits. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with students and ensuring they have a positive experience. The Course Advisor will also help develop promotional materials and strategies, track enrollment data, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Cyber Security concepts and industry standards and relevant certifications

Experience in tele sales and good sales conversations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively advise and guide students
• Experience with student enrollment processes and customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Experience in educational advising or a similar role is a plus
