Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field is required.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security or Information Technology is highly preferred; if not, strong sales competency is essential.
• Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide them effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in EdTech, counselling, admissions, or inside sales is an advantage.

Role & responsibilities

• First point of contact, building trust and maintaining consistent communication throughout the enrolment journey.
• Counsel prospective students and working professionals interested in Cyber Security courses, programs, certifications, and career pathways offered by CyberSapiens
• Assess candidates and client backgrounds, interests, career goals, B2B B2C to provide personalized career guidance in the Cyber Security domain.
• Clearly explain course offerings, structure, learning outcomes, and overall benefits to help candidates make informed decisions
• Provide detailed information on course curriculum, duration, fees, payment plans, and expected outcomes.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, tools, technologies, and job market requirements to offer relevant guidance.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
