Job Description

Job Summary:
The Counter Boy is responsible for handling online orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate daily records to ensure smooth counter and dispatch operations at the bakehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Punch and process all online orders accurately in the system
Coordinate with delivery staff for timely dispatch of orders
Handover packed orders to delivery partners/customers
Maintain daily records of online orders, deliveries, and pending orders
Verify order details, quantities, and customer information
Ensure counter cleanliness and basic hygiene standards
Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor

Skills & Requirements:

Basic computer/mobile app knowledge
Ability to maintain records and follow processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Prior counter or food outlet experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
