As a Purchasing Back-Office Assistant at the India Technical Centre in Hinjewadi, Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading the back-office teams and ensuring the effective implementation of purchasing processes through audits and training. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the India back-office teams to ensure proper utilization of purchasing processes - Conduct audits and provide necessary trainings to enhance purchasing process efficiency - Utilize supply chain or administration services background to support international purchasing operations - Demonstrate proficiency in Purchasing processes and information systems, with preference for ERP knowledge in SAP MM - Communicate effectively with front office locations, internal customers, and suppliers in India - Maintain a customer-oriented approach in a demanding environment - Utilize Pack-office knowledge for efficient task execution - Possess excellent written and oral communication skills Qualifications Required: - Engineering Degree: BSC/B.COM Graduates - 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing administration in an industrial and international environment - Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask - Curiosity and eagerness to learn - Demonstrated autonomy in task execution - Effective communication skills with the ability to rephrase when needed - Open-minded, respectful of diverse opinions, and a team player - Result-oriented with strong leadership qualities - Well-organized and detail-oriented Join us in this challenging role where you will have the opportunity to lead the back-office teams in India and contribute to the success of our purchasing operations.
