Country Manager, IndoChina

As a Sales Support Executive, your role is to assist the sales team in various initiatives, promotions, and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets in the Indochina region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Sales (ASEAN), you will collaborate with management to develop corporate sales plans and strategies, monitor station performance, and compile yearly budgets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing corporate sales plans and strategies to generate new revenue streams - Monitoring station, agent, and corporate client performance to achieve Point of Sale (POS) targets - Compiling and submitting yearly budgets for the station/region - Achieving monthly and yearly revenue targets for the entire Indochina region - Updating and contributing to the development of competitive products and services - Formulating and executing business plans to achieve station revenue targets within the allocated budget - Ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in Business/Tourism/Airline/Aviation Management or related fields, with 4-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Travel or Airline Industry, or 2-3 years of experience specifically in Sales & Marketing. Developing good PR skills with agents and commercial houses in Indonesia regions will be crucial, along with demonstrating strong analytical skills, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.,
