India Country Manager

CommonHealth Awards CIC is hiring an India Country Manager to lead our flagship health equity awards gala in late 2026 (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Delhi), building on our UK-based social enterprise's mission to recognise excellence in equitable and affordable health and care.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Strong event management and awards/conference organising experience in India

- Proven success in marketing, outreach and brand-building in the Indian context

- A solid track record of securing sponsorships and partnerships to fully cover event costs

- Experience working with nationally and internationally reputed figures, including hosting and managing VIP guests

- High-level organisational skills and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a UK-based leadership team

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver the 2026 CommonHealth Awards gala end-to-end in India

- Lead marketing, outreach and nominations to identify the best award candidates aligned with our health equity mission

- Secure sponsors and partners to support and scale the event

- Host and manage national and international guests and speakers

Location: India (flexible, with strong on-the-ground networks).

Contract and remuneration: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
