Job Description

Cots and Cuddles is a leading brand offering toys designed to enhance learning, creativity, and overall child development. We are expanding our offline presence and looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executives to join our team. Key Responsibilities : Greet and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. Explain product features, benefits, and usage in detail. Handle product demonstrations where necessary. Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the store. Process billing and handle cash/card transactions accurately. Manage inventory and update stock details. Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support. Ensure excellent customer experience to build brand loyalty. Requirements : Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in retail/counter sales (preferably toys, kids’ products, or lifestyle brands). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service orientation. Basic knowledge of billing. Personality: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about working with kids and parents. Location : Andheri, Mumbai Timing : 10am to 7pm
