Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Counter Salesperson to join our electronics shop. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, explaining product features, handling sales transactions, and maintaining product displays. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers at the counter with product inquiries and purchases. Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of electronic products (TVs, mobile phones, home appliances, etc.). Provide product demonstrations when required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and warranties. Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts. Ensure the counter area and displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary. Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
