Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and solutions-oriented Counter Sales Representative for a full-time on-site role across Odisha. The role involves assisting customers at the store, understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable products, and ensuring a pleasant buying experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing stock, processing transactions, and staying updated on product features to provide accurate information. The representative will also address customer inquiries and support the team in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of sales processes, product understanding, and inventory management
• Ability to use point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling
• Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a friendly, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
• Graduation or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are additional.
• Salary Range ( Fresher:- 11K , Experience:-15K+ with incentive)
• Training period food and stay will be covered by company.
