We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Specialist with proven experience in jewellery selling in the USA market to join our growing team. --- Role Overview The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our jewellery brand’s online presence across Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in US jewellery eCommerce, understands marketplace dynamics, and can drive both sales and brand visibility. --- Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other relevant platforms. Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities in the jewellery category. Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and keywords optimized for SEO and conversion. Monitor marketplace performance metrics, reviews, and ratings, ensuring compliance with platform policies. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and ads to increase product visibility and sales. Collaborate with the creative team for product photography, banners, and A+ content (where applicable). Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and suggest strategies for growth. Handle order management, inventory sync, returns, and customer inquiries in coordination with the operations team. Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and best practices, especially in the jewellery niche in the USA market. --- Qualifications & Requirements Proven 2+ years of experience in managing jewellery listings and sales in the US market on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart. Strong knowledge of jewellery-specific SEO, product categorization, and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with tools for keyword research, PPC campaigns, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
