Counter Sales Executive-Diamond jewellery

As a Sales Associate at our store, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will be expected to achieve individual sales goals and assist the store manager in meeting the store's sales plan. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's overall appeal. Your duties will include driving sales in jewellery and GHS schemes, with a specific focus on robust diamond sales. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will also be involved in executing below-the-line (BTL) activities and ensuring that all backend work, such as data uploading on CRM, is done efficiently. Moreover, you will be responsible for tele-calling customers to keep them informed about the latest offers and promotions. This role will require you to work full-time during day shifts at our in-person store location.
