We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Counter Sales Executive to join our luxury jewelry boutique in Gurgaon. If you have experience in jewelry sales and a strong customer-focused approach, this is a great opportunity to grow in the luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting jewelry, provide product details, and ensure excellent customer service.Target Achievement: Drive sales, achieve individual and store targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on jewelry trends, collections, and industry insights to offer expert guidance to customers.Inventory Management: Assist in stock monitoring, restocking, and maintaining display standards.Billing & Documentation: Handle POS transactions, maintain records, and ensure accurate invoicing.Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and visually appealing store ambiance.

Sales Expertise: Proven experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales.Customer Service Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of jewelry styles, materials, and quality standards.Professionalism: Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented personality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; a degree in Retail Management or a related field is a plus.Experience: Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a must.
