Job Description

As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be the face of our tech retail store, guiding customers through their purchase journey of laptops, desktops, and accessories. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and maintaining product knowledge. 🛠️ Core Functions Stock Tracking: Monitor quantities of laptops, desktops, accessories, and peripherals in real time. Product Categorization: Organize by brand (Lenovo), specs (RAM, processor, storage), and type (gaming, business, student). Barcode Integration: Use barcode scanners for quick check-in/check-out and billing. Low Stock Alerts: Set thresholds to trigger restock notifications before items run out. Sales & Billing Sync: Link inventory with POS to auto-update stock after each sale. Warranty & Serial Tracking: Record serial numbers and warranty periods for each unit sold.
