Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter.
Manage billing, orders, and payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
Keep daily records of sales, stock, and transactions.
Coordinate with kitchen/operations team for order processing.
Ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service.

Requirements:

12th pass or graduate preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (billing software is an advantage).
Responsible, polite, and confident.
Previous experience in counter/retail/hospitality preferred.
