About the Role

Academic Counsellors

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding

  JEE/NEET course offerings

  , exam preparation strategies, and academic planning.
• Understand students’ academic background and learning requirements to recommend the most suitable PW courses.
• Engage with leads via

  calls, WhatsApp, and emails

  to ensure high conversion rates and excellent student experience.
• Provide timely and empathetic responses to student queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with

  academic and marketing teams

  to improve student satisfaction, retention, and overall user experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience

  in academic counselling, preferably in the

  JEE/NEET domain

  .
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in

  English and Hindi

  .
• Strong student-handling and problem-solving abilities with an empathetic approach.
• Familiarity with

  online education platforms and digital counselling tools

  .
• Must have a

  laptop/desktop, stable internet connection

  , and a quiet work environment.
