We are looking for a Counselor / Client Relationship Specialist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will engage with clients through calls, chats, emails, and in-person meetings, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, chat, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate guidance or support.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times.
• Draft clear and professional written communication (emails, proposals, follow-ups).
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully.
• 12th and Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in counseling, client service, or relationship management is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
