Job Description – Tele-calling (Counsellor )

Location: Nande Pune (Pashan- Sus road)

Experience - 1–4 years of experience in Counseling / Sales (preferably Educational Sales).

Job Summary:

Looking for Telecaller Counselors to counsel students and parents about our academic programs, handle inbound/outbound calls, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about university programs.
• Handle calls, follow-ups, and generate walk-ins.
• Clarify queries on courses, admissions, and fee structures.
• Achieve admission targets and generate references.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in counseling/telecalling (education sector preferred).
• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and energetic.
