Role & responsibilities 1. Counsel potential students to help them understand our various courses and make a better career choice. 2. Conduct detailed profiling of the learner to understand the students career aspirations and learning ability; and pitch the right program. 3. Manage the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned. This will include understanding the lead profile, identifying the need, pitching the right course and conversion of the lead. 4. Execute prompt inquiries, follow-ups with leads through phone and emails 5. Fee tracking and follow-up 6. Data Analysis Preferred candidate profile 1. Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience. 2. Very good verbal Communication in English and Hindi. 3. Working experience on Microsoft Word and Excel 4. Should be a quick learner and should be able to multitask 5. Good interpersonal skills. Should be able to manage relationships with colleagues within and outside the department. 6. Must have commitment to the job and high level of integrity. 7. Should have good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. 8. Keen to learn new skills within the team.
