Role & responsibilities

Guide patients and families through diagnosis, treatment options, and procedures in a clear and empathetic manner..
Help patients cope with emotional stress related to illness, surgery, or long-term treatments.
Explain hospital services, doctor schedules, treatment plans, and follow-up protocols.
Provide clarity on insurance processes, cost estimates, and consent forms when required.
Educate patients about lifestyle changes, medication adherence, and recovery practices.
Offer emotional support and basic psychological counseling during challenging medical journeys.
Support departments like OPD, surgical units, or diagnostics by ensuring patient preparedness.
Help reduce no-shows and dropouts by maintaining regular follow-ups and reminders.
