Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor, located in Bhubaneswar, Jaipur , Lucknow and Bangalore. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing academic guidance and emotional support to students. This role is focused on providing the students with the right guidance they need for taking the next step after their schooling and/or graduation. QualificationsSkills in academic guidance, emotional support, and student counselingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in maintaining detailed records and collaborating with the teamExperience in educational counseling or a similar role is a plus
