Role & responsibilities

Convert counselling into enrolment.

Experience in education counseling and lead generation
Connect with students and professionals, provide course details, and convert counseling into enrollment

Student Outreach & Sales
: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in our Digital Marketing Programs, effectively communicating program benefits and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Lead Management
: Accurately update and maintain lead statuses and interactions within our CRM system to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
Brand Promotion & Lead Generation
: Actively engage in brand promotion activities including cold calling and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to identify and generate new leads for our various services.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the education, digital marketing, or IT services sector.
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear, persuasive, and engaging phone presence.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
